Breakfast Burrito.

INGREDIENTS.

  • 1Uncle Charley's Breakfast Links, crumbled
  • 1 largeflour tortilla
  • 1/2potato
  • 1/4 cupShredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4Yellow Onion
  • 1/2 cupRed bell pepper
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS.

  1. Brown the crumbled sausage in a skillet, then drain and set the sausage aside.
  2. In the same skillet, fry your potatoes with some olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Once potatoes are thoroughly cooked, set aside with the sausage.
  4. Sauté the onion and bell pepper for 3-4 minutes, until softened.
  5. Wrap all of the ingredients up in the large tortilla with the cheese and place in a tupperware to microwave in the morning! 🌯
