Lemon Garlic Sautéed Cabbage.

  • 2 lbswhite cabbage, shredded
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp.Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp.minced garlic
  • Pinch ofcrushed red pepper
  • 1/2 Tsp.Salt
  • Half a lemon, cut in wedges


Heat olive oil in a large skillet or dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add cabbage, garlic, red pepper flakes, and salt. Stir occasionally until cabbage is tender and beginning to brown, about 10 minutes. Squeeze the juice of the lemon wedges and adjust flavor with salt and pepper as needed.
