Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Garlic.

INGREDIENTS.

  • 1 lb.Brussel Sprouts
  • 4 Tbsp.Olive Oil
  • 5 peeledclove garlic
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp.Balsamic Vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Trump bottom of brussel sprouts and slice each in half. Heat oil in cast iron pan until it shimmers, then put sprouts cut-side down with garlic, salt, and pepper until they begin to brown on the bottom, then transfer to oven. Roast, shaking pan every five minutes, for about 15min. Add more salt and pepper if necessary and stir in the balsamic vinegar.
